Registration for NCVH 2011

Online registration for the 12th Annual New Cardiovascular Horizons will open on November 1, 2010.

 2011 Registration Rates:

*Podiatrists and Family Physicians receive $100 discount.  Enter DSC100 in the discount code field when you register online.
*Nurses, Technologists and Allied Health Professionals receive $200 discount.  Enter DSC200 in the discount field when you register online.
Appropriate specialty must match discount chosen.  Please provide AMA or license number for verification onsite at registration.
