Exhibitors will have 25.5 hours of exhibit time and 11.5 hours of dedicated exhibit time with participants
 
Exhibit Booth Information
Booth sizes are 8’ x 8’ · 8’ x 10’ · 10’ x 10’ · 10’ x 20’ ·20’ x 20’.  The booth fee includes black side and back drapes, pre-existing ballroom carpet, and a 7” x 44” one-line booth identification sign.  Refer to “Exhibitor Levels” page for pricing and package details.
 
Exhibit Registration

Final payment for your booth is due April 30, 2010.  Upon receipt of your space application, an exhibitor services kit will be emailed from Freeman Decorating Company or can be downloaded at www.newcvhorizons.com/exhibits .  Applications will be accepted until space is sold out.
 
Exhibit Personnel
All representatives MUST be registered with the conference.  Each support level comes with an allotment of complimentary registrations.  Additional representatives may register at a discounted rate of $199 each.  Please email marian.schmidt@slcrf.org with your list of representatives.

NCVH Exhibitors are permitted and encouraged to join the attendees during educational sessions.

Shipments: Advanced shipments will be accepted beginning Monday, May 3, 2010 until Monday, May 24, 2010.

Neither the hotel nor the conference will be responsible for ANY items inadvertently shipped to hotel.
